Please read some of the comments from both Adults and Children in our guestbook below:

I heard from everyone how amazing it was but was still unprepared for how beautiful it was; the pool, the garden, the interiors were all stunning.

Every day there was something fun to do whether lounging by the pool or go-karting.

We also greatly enjoyed attending a few performances of the Festival des Arts de la Marionette which was most entertaining. Mirepoix really is an extraordinary little town.

You really have found the perfect haven. Many places can do evening tennis and poolside but few have such walks in unspoilt country direct from the door and the charm of a Mirepoix nearby. Our trip to Carcassonne was an added bonus.

The avenue of cypresses up the drive, the beautiful glazed pots everywhere one turns and the wisteria over the terrace have been huge successes.

Your house is incredible. It has everything you could ask for and is so pretty. Mirepoix is one of the most beautiful towns I have ever been to, with such an amazing cathedral and the timber houses supported by wooden pillars. The countryside is also lovely with the rolling hills and the views were amazing. Every morning when I woke up, I opened the window and could see the Pyrenees.

How well you've done with Badia. It exudes comfort and charm. You know the effect it has on my sleep patterns. I come home a different man.

We had another unbelievable stay at your wonderful french country retreat. As you saw, the weather was superb. The house stayed cool but it was scorching if you tried to leave. I always feel a pang when we have to leave.

Oh you have got yourselves a gem down there. It all works so easily and Mirepoix is perfect. We love that market.

No wonder you love it. You have made it so lovely and I really like the mixture of Anglais and French including my old bedroom material from my childhood.

Badia is a wonderful place. You were lucky to have found such a beautiful and peaceful spot. It is absolutely La France profonde, but not remote with Mirepoix and Carcassonne nearby. It takes hard work and of course genius to find such places and then turn them into delightful properties.

Hand on heart, your pyrenees paradise is honestly the loveliest house abroad I've ever been to. I was completely blown away by the house itself, surrounded by it's beautiful wooded and hay baled estate.

A high point was the hydro-speed. It must be something to do with feeling completely safe with those guys in charge and ready to haul us to the edge.

Hydrospeed was one of the funnest things I've ever done and I loved the go-karting.

I don't think I have had such a happy holiday ever ! It was absolute bliss. Badia has transformed into an absolute paradise.

There were so many things to do all the time from playing golf to hydrospeeding. It was one of the best holidays I've had in years.
